I saw Dr Mukhtar this morning for a consultation on my liver issues. He walked through my recent lab results and medical history and really listened. I did not feel rushed in any way and in fact, he had a calming presence (which is good, considering you are visiting a liver & transplant center!). :) I felt a bit emotional and had mixed feelings about my results but the plan of action was incredibly clear and he answered all of my questions in depth.
