Zero stars on the staff training!! Called to schedule an appointment because I will have my ovaries removed early due to BRCA1 and I just have questions about risks associated with surgical menopause on cardiovascular health, dementia etc. The staff AND the manager of the practice insisted, even fought with me that this specialty doesn't deal with this hormones, just other endocrine system issues like diabetes. This review is for the office staff, as I did not even get a chance to see Dr. Mayur unfortunately even though my doctor referred me to him specifically. I left a message on 7/3 to make an appointment and never heard back, so I called again 1 week later. With the holiday, I figured my message was probably lost. I left a 2nd VM today stating that I hadn't heard back and would like to at least know if Dr. Mayur was accepting new patients.
