You're in the best hands literally with Dr. Singh. He gives such a helpful understandable explanation. Very detailed in ordering tests to make sure we covered all our bases. I'm very happy with the detailed and kind care he provided.
Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. He’s knowledgeable, patient and friendly. His PA, Liz, is also really nice and helpful. There was a period of time when I had to switch insurance and it was a pain getting the insurance company and pharmacy to be on the same page. Dr. Nguyen and Liz were fantastic helping me work though it, never making me feel like it’s my fault or a bother.
I have a number of health problems and Dr Nguyen is always patient and caring, taking time to understand how my health is progressing and explaining things in a way that I can understand.
He is very nice and explained my problems very good personality I surely recommend to my friends if they have any problems
His bedside manner and ability to communicate for better clarity and understanding was evident in his delivery before proceeding and after getting results.
Our GI doctor retired so we moved to Dr. Singh at the same practice. Needed a refill for a prescription that we had been receiving from this practice for over 7 years. Dr. Singh refused to refill this medicine but did not notify us of this refusal. Finally, after 3 calls, we found this out but it was too late, we ran out of this medicine. All because Dr. Singh refused to approve refill of a medicine that his predecessor did for years at the same practice, and neglected to inform us of that decision. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable, caring and patient. I've been seeing him for several years and he's always addressed all my concerns, taking as much time as needed to make sure that I get the best possible care.
As a new patient we followed all the rules; check in early, complete on line form and be on time! After waiting 20 mins past the scheduled appt time I asked and was told he was running late and that there were 3 more patients ahead of us. I was also told each patient could take another 20-30 minutes and the lady that arrived AFTER us got called in while I was asking all these questions.So a 10 am appt time, wit arrival at 930 ( that is what the Dr office told us to do) would have been a 12pm realistic appt time which is comp... read more
Dr. Parish has been my gastro guy when I needed such help. My take on him is he is not enthusiastic about it. In my case he said there was nothing else he could do. Yet another gastro doctor recommended further tests to dig deeper into my problem. I was suffering from a severe gerd flare up and I called and he was dismissive of my problem. I called my local hospital and was told to go immediately to the er for an injection. In short, he is lacking in interest and rushes you out as quickly as possible.
