Not a good experience at all, he didn't examine me nor barely looked at my MRI'S. He said there's nothing he can do, the only option he gave was to see pain management. He gave no explanation of my MRI'S or explanations of my pain. He was very nonchalant and not caring at all. Gave me a smirk like, 'okay bye, don't know what else to tell you'. Dr Shah performed surgery on my husband's broken ankle. The padding inside the cast was too thin and the cast was cutting into my husband's skin causing it to bleed. When it came time to take the stables out, there were some still left in there that were taken out at the post care facility. The male M.A. at Dr Shah's office lacked personality. While he may be good at performing orthopedic surgery his bedside manner is lacking. He is rude and difficult to relate to in a clinic setting. He sent me three blocks in a wheelchair to get an x-ray because his X-ray table does not lower and raise. If you have an orthopedic condition that you cannot stand on a step stool, you can't get an x-ray at his office. His office staff is not pleasant. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!
Horrible place. Very unprofessional they don’t listen to anything you have to say or ask. They rush for everything. Never coming back here
