Staff was friendly, caring and efficient! GI center was clean. They could use a bathroom in the waiting area per my husband, but that was his only complaint. I had gone to St Joseph's Hospital in Buckhannon only to be told I couldn't get a colonoscopy until December ( 5 months wait) due to staff storages. With Dr Ratnakar, I was seen in his office on a Monday, and my colonoscopy was the same week. This is how medicine is supposed to work! It is worth the drive to Elkins.
They shouldn’t be doctors or call themselves that! They deserve to be investigated and the fact I have to threaten them to go above their heads if they don’t produce medical records because “he don’t like the patients to see their images!” Is medical fraud at its finest! They’re my images!! He says you have erosions, heal in a year this was May!.. ff to now .. still throwing up blood go to the er and get scoped again and what do u know I have BOTH CELIAC GENES AND BOTH CROHNS GENES! Which I told them I have and they informed... read more
