My pharmacy tried to contact the Dr. for a prescription that needs to be filled out, after many attempts from the pharmacy l decided to go in person to the office to request the refill .They told me that they will send a message as a high priority. The pharmacy hasn’t received anything from them. When l called they said they would send another message.It is unbelievable that this is the service provided to patients. The office is unprofessional.
Dr. Lakhani is thoughtful, thorough, attentive, wise and kind. I am grateful that she is my primary care physician.
It’s really unbelievable situation with this office. I told them my wife she’s very sick and they told me Dr. Nisha cannot see her intel one and a half months because she’s busy ?? and my wife she’s really sick and they told me go to urgent care office , how come the doctor don’t want to see her patient ?and the staff working there. They are really so nasty. It’s unbelievable I can’t believe it how they treat people with no respect. I really recommend don’t go to this office.
