The office staff, which I believe her Mother is the office manager and receptionist, is very unprofessional and rude. Dr Al Agba would benefit from not having her Mother ruin her career by having all of these bad reviews.
This office is a complete joke. Totally unprofessional and are obviously just wanting to make a buck. They literally charge fees for everything. They want you to give them your credit card information to have on file. And they turned us away since I was uncomfortable leaving that information. They also don't greet you when you walk in the door. They act like they don't see you. Calling to make an appointment the receptionist yelled in the middle of the phone call "I'm on the phone!!"
We are third generation patients. We wouldn’t take our children anywhere else. My kids love having her as our doctor.
Because of her lack of knowledge on how to care for uncircumcised infants, my son who is now 6 has to have surgery to repair an adhesion that was caused by her forcibly retracting his foreskin when he was a newborn. 2 separate pediatricians diagnosed him with adhesions, & both stated the cause & were horrified when I explained what happened when he was in her care. Now we have to have a pediatric urologist fix her error. We changed drs. 3 years ago due to her mom's (office mgr) rudeness.
This is an MD who thinks it okay to act like she is all knowing and above all. I am a nurse and she was not only demeaning to me but did not take proper care of my son. I would not recommend this office. My son is lucky to be here today NO THANKS to Dr Al-Agba
Beware, her office staff is unprofessional and my child was misdiagnosed in her care. Luckily my I went for a second opinion. I wouldn't trust her to care for anyone in my family.
Kids feel comfortable around her. My daughter thinks Dr. Niran is a Rock Star!
Knows her stuff. Helps so much with breastfeeding. Plus such great info on MommyDoc.
