I don’t usually write reviews but I saw a negative review of Dr Madisi and had to read it because she is a wonderful doctor. The complaint was totally about clerical staff so I was relieved. I haven’t had problems with clerical staff but if you did I hope you can separate that from her medical expertise. I have found her to be exceptional.

7 weeks ago (December 13 2022) I had an appointment with Dr Madisi. She said I needed monthly shots of a medication. I heard nothing from the office so I called regularly. They said they were waiting for insurance approval. My insurance company said they had no request from this office. I called the doctor's office and made sure they had the correct ID number.
