I was injured badly in a car accident. My family doctor introduced me to dr he. Her office was able to fit me in quickly. Her staff was extremely responsive. They really made me fill welcomed and relaxed when I was in the office. Doctor is very knowledgeable and very good at soothing me down. The injections I had really helped me. I highly recommend this place for dealing with pain management.
I called to make an appointment. Explained that eventhough I had seen a pain management doctor i was willing to change doctors and i was interested in acupuncture for my pain. I have medicare which requires acupuncture to be performed by a medical doctor. I just wanted a consult with Dr. HE. The man I spoke to was not very helpful but said he would speak to doctor and call me. That was a week ago. No call back. Disappointed. Wonder if doctor ever got the message.
