I’m trying to find a new PC doctor. I called this office and the lady asked me what insurance I have and then she says “we very busy, no appointment here” after saying they are accepting new patients…
Dr. Nina Chan is perhaps the most attentive, personable, and professional doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. They didn't rush my along and were extremely receptive to my questions and concerns. Naturally, since her quality of service is so high, my first appointment was scheduled a couple months out, but it was worth the wait. Additionally, I've had no issue with any of the receptionists- they're all courteous, and polite. Overall a great experience and I'm grateful that I get to call her my doctor!
Two notable topics to mention: First, the ladies at the front desk are great. I've called in on several occasions needing help with a referral or having an issue with insurance and they've been very helpful and responsive. Second, Dr. Chan is professional, understanding, and answered all my questions.
I’ve been calling to make an appointment for the past week and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone??? My next step is just walking in smh
