Very thorough and organized. Warm and pleasant environment. Staff is friendly and remembers patients. Dr’s are great! Nurse Kathy, nurse Oscar, Receptionist Monica and Manager Farrah, Dr. Tomei and Dr. Prushik all great!
Dr. Tomei and the other partners are very good. (Dr. Tomei will allow you to do one vaccine at a time, so long as you sign a waiver; she does not pressure parents on this, but does give welcome guidance. I believe in immunization, but not in multiple vaccines during one visit). Staff is friendly and efficient. But the practice needs to change the phone recording, which, as of our last visit (in August 2018), not only gives incorrect information , but has no option to choose pediatrics! Since the recent move dealing with the practice has been a nightmare. We had an urgent issue and were given an appointment several days later. When he day came, they had no record of our appointment . After promised call backs that never happened my wife drive there to speak to someone. We were able to see a nurse practitioner, but not Dr Tomei herself despite our request, the sensitivity of the issue, and her familiarity with our medical history.
