Doesn’t spend enough time explaining things to patient. Typing into IPad while talking to you. Often have to remind him of things we talked about. Failed to refill prescription. I called back, went by office, ask about prescription when he called with test results, said the girls would handle. Pharmacy finally cancel after making 2 request to his office, disappointing after being with him 18+years.
