visited this clinic last Friday and was seen by a nurse practitioner who ordered a CT scan due to suspected kidney stones. I went for the scan first thing Monday morning, expecting timely results given the discomfort I was in. Unfortunately, the scan was marked as routine instead of STAT, and as of today—Friday afternoon—I’m still waiting for the results. Until 2025-06-10 I had the upmost respect for this practice. Then I was provided inaccurate information, messed with my revenue, and costed me money. For that, you have lost a patient in me. The only reason I gave you two-stars is based on the strength of previous visits.
