His office staff is the worst. I’m sure he’s an amazing doctor, but his office needs a full Customer Service training. They one job and thats to call the insurance to get the procedures approved, yet they wait one hour before the procedure to let a patient know that the insurance will “not cover it”. I am so lucky to have him as my GI doctor . He explain every detail when it comes to my biliary tree even made a drawing for me to understand what was going on . He listen to you as a patient . He makes sure you are ok . He came to see in the hospital several times . He show concern . Humble , professional and unconditional . Highly recommended. I am blessed . Thank you Doc !!!
