Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Jill. After expressing that I felt she was being rude during our conversation, she became defensive and unprofessional. I believe she hung up on me, and when I called back to address the situation, she loudly denied it and ended the call again. I never received a follow-up or any communication from her afterward, which I found both unprofessional and discouraging as a customer seeking assistance.
