Waste of time, I was given 1 pm appointment 3 pm I was still waiting for my name to be called. They are so racist. Worst place to go to.
I have been going here for years but never again. It used to be you would make an appointment and have to wait 20 minutes before they called you back then another 20 in a room before they would see you. Now that is the same and also they do not call people back with test results in timely fashion. The office is too busy and can't properly service or care for their patients. Eldersburg location FYI
First off don't ever waste your time with this "doctor" not only is she very unprofessional, but very unethical as well, she violated my privacy by speaking to me in front of other patients in the waiting room!! I also over heard a conversation between her and the staff about me. Unbelievable. Also during the visit, I don't think she listened to anything I had to say because she had one foot out the door before I was even finished explaining my situation, she made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never go back to that o... read more
Its sad to say this but its true. Though the medical staff is great, the folks at the front desk demonstrate a lack of respect and courtesy toward the patients. I was there the other day and they (again) were terse and impatient with me and my girlfriend.
