Dr. Patel is miles beyond my last doc with his level of thoroughness and time taken with me to help improve my sugar levels. I finally feel properly cared for here!
Dr. Patel is good but the office staff is horrible (except for Lucia). The office made a mistake calling in my testing strips. When I tried to tell them, I was blamed for opening them, for their mistake, my husband was blamed for picking them up and my pharmacy was blamed too. I was screamed at multiple times by 3 of the office staff women. I was even told then don't test! They hung up on me when I called too. They are rude, uncaring, nasty and shouldn't be dealing with senior citizens.

Would give him a 0 but Google won’t let me. I went in to see Dr. Patel for a consult as a new patient. Without any information or testing this man tried to prescribe me 1000 mg of Metformin 2x a day and 50 mg of Jardiance daily. When I questioned him he told me to go back to my PCP and follow what ever she says, which was to see an endocrinologist. This man had absolutely no medical history on me, did not have the name of my PCP, did not request any bloodwork, nor did he want to see any of the recent bloodwork I brought with... read more
