It was my first time with Dr Gatalyak and his staff. I was scared to death of what may come, but from the first encounter which started with Brenda, then Jodi to Dr Gatalyak, my fears were eased. I have never met such a caring, supportive group of people. I would never wait as long as I did and would not think twice about recommending Dr. Gatalyak. Thank you ALL for your kindness, patience and understanding. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me and for making me feel comfortable.

Very personable and the entire staff at the Ravenna office (444 S. Meridian St.) were helpful. Gave me what I needed for my sprained ankle, took x-rays, and really wanted to see it through the whole healing process. Very pleased with Dr. Nik.
