Do not go here. They cancelled my appointment (after we waited 3 months for it) then called me to tell me they cancelled and tried to call me ahead of time but couldnt leave voice mail. I looked on my phone at missed calls for the last 2 months etc and they are no where on there. They gave my appointment away too. Even though they got a hold of me 5 days before my actual appointment to tell me they already gave the appointment away. I have reported them to Cigna.

Very slow. Wait time to see Dr. Nick is typically over two hours. He seems to book multiple appointments for the same time. So we have to just sit and wait. Very bad time management Dr. Nick!
