1. Dr. Donaldson retired about 4 years ago. She was excellent 2. When Dr. Wenthe replaced her, quality of care dropped. The Nurse Practitioners are rude, uncaring, and manipulative. NP Richards was caught violating HIPAA laws and when reported to Dr. Wenthe, he banned me from the prop and all employees (he never met me) and has denied me care for chronic, life threatening conditions. I wish some board could help me.

Today I called to schedule a video conference with my doctor. When the receptionist asked me what my appointment was for, I proceeded to tell her I would like to get a COVID-19 vaccine medical exemption for school. The receptionist proceeded to tell me how none of the doctors at this office would write a medical exemption letter for the COVID-19 vaccine and made it appear that all the doctors at this facility wanted their patients to get the vaccine.
