Dr. Karanth completed 2 endoscopies for our son Miles in 2024. The first was done in May. The second was done in October, just 2 weeks before our 23 year old son died. Dr. Karanth had an up close visual of our son's cancer, yet failed to seek further testing or guidance. He was quick and sloppy, we would say negligent. Our son died of cancer never knowing he had cancer. We were told after the first endoscopy it was esophagitis, gastritis, and colitis. I was instructed to arrive two hours early for my appointment. I was highly suspect that it would be for nothing as the paperwork took five minutes. This office policy is a total lack of respect for my and other patients time. Stop torturing your patients with this ridiculous and unnecessary wait.
