This office does not do what they say they will do. My 88 year old husband had an infection in his foot. The insurance approved a one time very expensive IV antibiotic that would knock the infection out. The girl in the office kept telling me that she sent the order to the insurance. The insurance told me that they did not. I spoke to several people at United Health Care that told me No, they were waiting for doctors office. I kept calling the office and getting the run around.
