The staff was very friendly and efficient. My entire visit was an hour long. Make sure your phone is fully charged or you have something to read or do... You will likely be waiting a while between having your diagnostic tests done and seeing the doctor. Specialists have large case loads and that often means patients are waiting for them. The doctor answered every one of my questions.
Appointment wait time is over 2 hours. Be prepared to sit and wait.
We had a wonderful experience with Manroop She was very kind, patient, and respectful with my grandfather. She explained everything clearly and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit. And Dr. Nijhawan's compassion and professionalism also truly stood out, and we are very grateful for his support and we highly recommend this clinic.
Office experience was horrible. Always a 1-2 hour wait. Would never recommend this place especially as patients tend to be older and the waiting is challenging for them. Ask for another specialist if your doctor recommends this office!!!!!!
Reception staff is wonderful however having to wait over 2 hours for your appointment is unacceptable. This highly educated man needs to revamp his booking practices and perhaps not be so money hungry and over book appointments. Sorry Dr Nijhawan your time is not the only one of importance. Do better this is absolutely not ok many many seniors have a very hard time sitting that long Will definitely be looking for a more efficiently run clinic in the future should the need arise.
