The reviews are true. They dont seem to return calls. My first visit, I waited a while. Then the doctor comes into my room extremely abrupt followed with complete distain in her voice. The visit lasted a few minutes where I barely got to speak. She is not a kind doctor. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I chalked it up to shes having an off day until I read all the reviews. It's unfortunate because patients are there with issues and should be treated with kindness and concern. Definitely don’t recommend this doctor. She is extremely condescending and doesn’t listen to anything you say. She cut me off multiple times and blamed me because she wasn’t understanding what I was saying… but she wouldn’t even let me talk. She recommended I go to Stanford even though my epilepsy is controlled and has been for several years. When I explained to her that is not needed and why, she got very mad at me. Update on this previous review: after lots of physical therapy and follow up nerve conduction studies, my ulnar nerve is now so compressed it is causing atrophy in my hand and I am being recommended for surgery at my elbow and shoulder. Some neurologist she is. I think about the way this woman treated me occasionally and think man, how does she even have 2 full stars? Should be 0. I have had multiple appointments now with Dr Sarwar, the most recent being today. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is kind, caring and professional. She never makes you feel like you are rushed through an appointment. She takes her time answering all my questions and explains everything throughly. Her office staff is amazing and even wrestled with my stinky insurance to get a prescription approved for me. Everyone has treated me so well and I have left every single appointment grateful and completely happy ... read more
