I've been seeing Dr Khalili for 3 years. He's an amazing Dr., very compassionate and listens to you. He explains things clearly. My migraines are now mostly under control. He answers questions even if it's not specifically what he's treating for. Now his front office staff at Folsom need a little training in patient reception. They are efficient but very dry, appearing to lack any kind of human emotion or positivity toward the patients. They seem cold and uncaring. I have been seeing Dr. Khalili for 5 years and is by far one of my most favorite doctors. He listens, is patient and thorough. I trust him completely.

I want to start by saying I absolutely love Dr Khalili! He has helped me so much and is a GREAT patient advocate…HOWEVER, the front office staff are just terrible. I am on a couple medications that require prior authorization every couple months and there have been SEVERAL times that I’ve had a lapse in medication over several weeks because the office staff aren’t doing what they need to do.
