I have so far seen Dr. Coconcea twice, and she has been a great doctor. She does occasionally get a little off track, and her use of the computer might be off-putting to some (but this is what doctor's have to do). She talks fairly fast and has an accent that might make some Americans think she is brusque; I think this is a misreading of her. Absolutely horrible! My husband and I had the worst experience with her last week! My husband had a 3:30PM appointment, at 4PM we finally went up to the desk to reschedule when she came out of her office. She was extremely rude and short with us, didn't seem willing to help at all! Didn't apologize for the wait or seem to want to work with him. She is what's wrong with the mental health industry. A true shame!
