This provider will steal your money. I have over paid her $300 that was charged to me erroneously. My deductible has NEVER been $149.69 and I have had all claims that were invoiced to me at that amount re-processed. There were two charges for that amount that were reprocessed and still charged to my debit card. Stay away from this provider and stay away from Circle Medical
I also do not know Dr. Nicole Tsang, DO but I use Circle Medical and she is listed as my PCP because many of the practitioners you see are not doctors they are PAs, FNP-c etc. Circle Medical is based out of San Francisco but utilizes a fantastic phone app to get you same day tele appointments for all types of things. The other review saying Circle Medical is a scam is totally false. Her name is listed as my PCP. I have never met this woman in my entire life. I don't even live in California. I had used the scam company circle medical. SHE MAY BE AN OK DR, but if her name is attached to that scam of a dr office-her ethics should be questioned.
