I recently went to this office to have a root canal done but before the procedure was done, a decision was made to extract the tooth instead. I paid upfront the cost for the root canal but the cost for the extraction was less. I requested a refund for the difference from the front desk but Sabrina told me I had the root canal done. I think I know the difference. I then wrote a letter to Dr. Todd and never even got a response. Beware of this office!
From the moment you walk in, you're met with kind, helpful and knowledge staff. The Dentist is gentle and efficient. She had an excellent personality and is lovely. Her shots don't hurt at all!
I was so excited to join this dentistry as I just moved to Huntington Beach and loved my previous dentist. Unfortunately, when I went to get my teeth cleaned they tried to charge me an absurd amount of money which turned out they had the insurance policy wrong/human error. I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for years. She is caring, empathetic, and very gentle. I had Invisalign done with her and my teeth look amazing now! I’m so appreciative of her and her team. She has a cute office too! Definitely recommend.
