Giving 3 stars due to Dr. Pitts horrible bed side manner. The 3 stars are actually for the fabulous medical assistant or nurse who works for her! We had two visits for my son’s wrist fracture. Both times Dr. Pitts walked in, did not introduce herself, or say hello. She walked straight up to my son to assess his arm and gave minimal information. She never showed us his x-rays either. Had I not ask questions, she would’ve been in and out in less than three minutes.
Dr. Pitts is awesome, took my daughter for her ankle issue. She and her staff including the nurse were so nice, they know how to treat a child. Dr. Pitts is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand the problem and address with the right approach. Does not hurry.
