Dr. Leigh is always caring, kind and professional. I find that when you treat people the way you want to be treated, they respond in kind. I have been a patient of Dr Leigh for many years.
Not General Dentistry, only interested in the Money they can make. Listening skills are none as don't think they heard me. After insurance paid $300 more! Found another Dentist ASAP!?
My experience with this office is similar as the others with bad experiences. My household always scheduled appointments together...right before our scheduled appointment, Karen (who lives up to her actual moniker) rescheduled our appointment several weeks out despite us having made the appointment 6 months prior to. Dr. Leigh only cares about her patients if they agree to pay her extremely high prices for her services. If you disagree with her she drops you as a patient. She doesn't care if your insurance rejects her procedures she wants you to pay for them and do what she wants. Also, her referrals are high priced and arrogant if another dentist disagrees with them. I would never recommend her as a dentist.
I seldom post negative reviews. Suffice it to say, I'm just glad there are several qualified dental practices here in the Rochester Hills area. My initial visit to this dentist was definitely my final visit.
