I’ve made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, I scheduled one (as I thought) for today 02/27 @ 8:30 through the scheduling part in MyChart, and put it in my calendar. When I got there this morning , I got the snippy answer that there was no appointment for me in the computer, and that was the one that had canceled/declined the last two I was offered. YES! I've had Dr Jackson for I would say going on 4 years & she's a Wonderful Dr.she listens and helps with your medical needs and gets referrals out promptly, I would recommend her to anyone,have a Blessed day.
Refused to take me as a patient. She said I miss three doctors appointments and I truly didn’t. Now I’m having a hard time finding a doctor. And refused to give you medication into our find a doctor.
The facility she runs REFUSES TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATION!!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF BEING A DOCTOR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP PEOPLE?? Avoid her and FIRST HEALTH CONVENIENT PRIMARY CARE AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!
