Dr. Arcentales and her team are wonderful. Everyone is very professional and helpful. D. Arcentales takes time to listen and explains issues thoroughly. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind.
She's the most caring doctor Ive ever.She takes her time during the visit and never had a problem explaining information that I don't understand. God Bless her.

Dr. Arcentales is an excellent doctor with an agreeable demeanor. But others in this office communicate poorly. They issued a script with instructions to go to a testing lab when in fact the script was for a radiology unit. When I went to their office for clarification, they talked down to me. I know a thing or two about communicating. I'm a retired award-winning senior editor who has published two books.
I would not recommend. Besides the doctor’s staff being very vindictive and disrespectful, Dr. ARCENTALES is short tempered and lacks compassion. She totally embarrassed me when I asked about my concerns, refusing to answer my questions, she left the room making a rude comment. Also, the practice is very short staffed and she has only one PA. Parking is impossible.
