Dr. Arcentales and Dr. Racco are absolutely the best. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant! I have been a patient since 2000 and will not go anywhere else. Most of my family sees them also. They return phone calls, listen, and have been great.
Great Doctor
The answering service hung up on me three times. The PA sends my prescription under Dr. Rocco every time I visit. Today, I begged her not to send my prescription under Dr. Rocco because my doctor is Dr. Arcentales, and the pharmacist was also upset with them. He told me that he had called before I arrived, and they said they would correct it. However, I have now been at the pharmacy for almost an hour—again. Dr. Arcentales and her team are wonderful. Everyone is very professional and helpful. D. Arcentales takes time to listen and explains issues thoroughly. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind.
