I have two children that have been seeing this doctor’s office for over two years. We switched doctors and transfer of medical records was in dire need because one of my children had developed an illness. The office refused to transfer the medical records until a $35 late fee was paid from a previous visit over six months ago. mind you, no billing was ever sent out

Dr. Biskup and Dr Segui are excellent, as they listen very carefully for my granddaughter. She has been seeing them since she was 2 years old. The waiting room is clean and they schedule patients so they do not have to wait wih others.
My kids have severe asthma and Dr. Biskup and Dr. Segui have been the most caring doctors they have ever had. The most crucial for me with the 5 stars is because it is never a problem to get my kids in for appointment. Where before at other doctor’s office, I’d be in the hold queue as the 10th caller just to get my child in. I am incredibly thankful for their genuine care and attention to my kids.
