I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable during my visit. The dismissive attitude and lack of empathy made it clear that patient care was not his priority. I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived, and I will not be returning.
Dr Gupta is unaware of the latest medical advancements, and was urging me to undergo a procedure which was high-risk, dated and medically unnecessary. When presented with another doctors opinion, he became rude and dismissive.
I have had 7 procedures with Dr Gupta including a Percutaneous Discectomy, Epidural injections and ablations. He has helped me over 7 years with my severe pain condition. I recommend this Doctor highly if you have spinal pain from injuries. HE will help you avoid having surgery all together or delay it
After a concerning interaction with Dr. Gupta, I felt compelled to delve deeper into his background. My findings raised doubts about his care standards. I believe it's important for individuals to thoroughly research healthcare providers before making decisions. I hope my experience encourages others to do the same.
Came all the way from Brooklyn to see Dr Gupta and he made me feel like I was a burden to him. He was judgemental when I explained how I was injured and rushed the visit. I was just being honest with my doctor. Not a very helpful experience. Possibly he was having a bad day, but we all have bad days.
Came in for minor pain. Front desk staff was sweet, however Dr Gupta was quite arrogant and pushy with steroidal injections. My concerns were dismissed with a condescending tone which was off putting. I refused a follow up visit.
Worth the short wait to see Doctor Gupta. Very personable and understanding.
His compassion is superior. He is very gentle and takes time. His office staff can be reached via email and that’s always helpful. I trust Dr Gupta with my care and pain management.
