I booked first available appointment with Dr. Johnson which was two months out. Received a call the day of my appointment to tell me it's canceled and the next available is in over a month. Total disregard for my health and life as I've moved around so much to make this appointment I genuinely needed. I felt like a number and not a human. I would not refer anyone to this practice as a new pt.
I booked an appt. with Dr. Johnson due to my primary care physician was out on maternity leave. I must say, Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and caring of my needs. As far as the front desk staff, I have not experienced any of negative feedback as other patients.
I had the BEST experience with my first visit with Dr.Johnson. She is very friendly and made you feel welcomed. I love that she doesnt waste time and gets you in and out. Her CMA. Kim was awesome and very friendly and it was just an overall Superb experience!! Thank you!!!
