This is an update on second visit. As a result of first review, I was contacted by office management. All my concerns were addressed. On my second visit, all staff were properly dressed in medical scrubs. I was taken in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and professional. I had no interaction with previous office staff member. The office very quiet. I am rating the staff, not the doctor. The medical assistant , Stephanie was rude and disrespectful. I was having a PRP procedure. I have been having difficulty with an acute Achilles tendonitis. I did not expect the procedure to be as uncomfortable. She presents herself as if she is doing you, the patient a favor. I waited along time in the room. I saw the doctor having his lunch. This is the first practitioner at this practice that I felt my appointment was wasted. I thought a brace was necessary to relieve my pain until I got custom orthotics. I work on my feet all day and worry about my pain.
