Doctor Volchko is phenomenal!!! Had first experience on the 14th, July 2020. I' am usually not too inclined to visit any Doctor, but having two back surgeries nearly two decades ago the time had come. The atmosphere and staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Dr. Volchko is a very caring physician. Took his time and listened to me carefully. Suggested a treatment plan during my first visit plus he ordered an Rx for me that allowed me to sleep without pain for the first time in over a month.
I’m a 34 year old married father of 3. Main bread winner for this family, yet I’ve missed over 3 months of work this year due to pain from 2 herniated discs and a hip out of alignment. Have had 3 injections in 4 months, all of which wore off quite fast. Had numerous issues with a staff member of this practice and including them forging “missed” appointments on my record and claiming I never filled out a release so I may to go to another facility which was a flat out lie. Told him I can't take muscle relaxers. Still prescribed them. Took almost a week to call it in. Had MRI done. Took 2 weeks for results. Advised on doing epidurals. Went to Ortho surgeon. Looked at MRI. No need for shots. Was a type of chronic arthritis. Won't be going back.
