Had an appointment in the books for 2-3 weeks, the office called two days prior and said he was taking vacation and they rescheduled me for a different doctor, on a different day, in the middle of the workday, 20 mins away from the initial appointment. No coordinating or anything. Receptionist who called was no help
Dr Smith is not just a great professional, is a very empathetic human being. I don’t how to thank him for the great job he did in me.
Dr. Smith is a great doctor. He’s very informative & takes his time to answer questions. However, I have spent the past 27 days trying to reach the surgical coordinator to set up the Holep surgery for my father. 27 days ago Dr. Smith decided surgery was the best option and for 27 days I’ve been trying to set up the surgery date. I’m hoping this review is seen by the team and someone can help me.
This is my second review for Dr Nicolas Smith after my post surgery. I recently had the HOLEP procedure for an enlarged prostate and it was a success! It is a minimally invasive surgery with only one night stay at the hospital. If you've been afraid to go see a urologist or have held off from seeing one, I would highly recommend Dr. Smith who is professional, caring, and compassionate! Thanks again! Dr. JG
