Dr Smith is a excellent doctor, he did a carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and a trigger finger on the right hand yesterday and saw him today post operation. Minimal pain almost no pain and my arms and hands feel great. May God keep his hands going for a long time to come so he can fix the hands that need it. Thanks Doc.
Unfortunately after my experience this is not a surgeon I would recommend. From the initial consult & all other consultations prior to surgery there was conflicting information on different visits. Told 1x thing then told something else. When I asked questions I was treated like I was stupid & I was actually made to feel like an idiot considering I was made to believe i had carpal tunnel. My observation was that this doctor goes through patients like it’s speed dating. He came off dismissive and uncaring. I left my last appointment feeling more confused than when I went in. His loose diagnosis didn’t match MRI results I later obtained independently. He didn’t sound like he was bothered about helping to provide a clear diagnosis and treatment anyway. Not someone I would trust to operate on my body if it was needed.
