My observation was that this doctor goes through patients like it’s speed dating. He came off dismissive and uncaring. I left my last appointment feeling more confused than when I went in. His loose diagnosis didn’t match MRI results I later obtained independently. He didn’t sound like he was bothered about helping to provide a clear diagnosis and treatment anyway. Not someone I would trust to operate on my body if it was needed.
I have complex medical conditions . Aged 65 years ,I have been unlucky enough to fracture both wrists over the last few years after falls. On both occasions Dr Smith operated on my fractures. I am not a review writer, however I wanted to inform anyone who was considering a Carpel Tunnel operation and are searching for the best surgeon then I recommend Dr Nicholas Smith. I have recently undergone carpel tunnel operation on my right hand then on my left hand by Dr Smith and found him to be a professional, straight forward and thorough surgeon. His operation fees were most reasonable and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you very, very much Dr Smith!
I did see this doctor a few years ago about an aching left thumb, due to arthritis, I came in and discussed my problem with him. He said he would need an MRI, which would be standard practice. He issued me with a referral and directed me to the end of the building to get the MRI, with instructions to return as soon as it was done. As I started to leave the office I was collared by Dr smith's receptionist, who demanded that I pay. I told her I would be back in half an hour, to which she replied that I still had to pay for the... read more
