Dr.Gross will start a treatment plan, see you in the office but will refuse to go over any test results if you have a balance on your account. The office does not tell you of this copay or balance upon check in. This is patient abandonment. Who would want to go to a doctor that will only see you to bill your insurance but does have the decency to go over your results and medical concerns. Beware of this doctor. Patient care is awful! You should be ashamed of yourself.
Dr.Gross is extremely informative and explains in detail any suggestions for preventive care, He will take the time to answer any questions snd concerns . Definitely an outstanding Family Doctor.
