Do not trust this practice! I had to sign a document with the partner practice who referred me to Dr Playfair, which means I cannot disclose any details, but please go someone else. This is not an honourable person or practice. They somehow managed to have my first review deleted, possibly by saying that I was never a customer, so please see the attached evidence that I was. DO NOT BELIEVE HIS REPLY. It is complete fiction! What a disgrace you are Mr Playfair!

My son had an RME placed by Dr Playfair last year. Dr Playfair has such a lovely way with his patients, my son warmed to him right away. He patiently answered his questions (we're talking the questions of an 8 year old at the time, ha!), ensuring he was involved in his treatment while also making sure we, the parents, were well informed. The appointments have always run on time which is very convenient. Dr Playfair and his team demonstrate quality and efficient orthodontic care, with which we are very pleased!
