We love Dr. Playfair. I have had two children and now myself seeing him. He is kind, gentle, informative and a very reasonable price. We cannot recommend him highly enough. My child was told that at 18 he would have to have his jaw broken and reset. Not anymore due to Dr. Playfair's magical orthodontic work. Dr. Playfair and his team are nothing short of amazing.
WARNING ⚠️ Be careful with their new protocol if you sick and forgot to called them They will charge you which is not right as they never mentioned anything regarding their policy of charging me in a first place which I called it B.S next time before you charge your client advised us with your new privacy protocol. Everything is expensive these days and being charge over appt?? insane who does that? 😖😖 Won’t be back for sure!!!’!!!
I just wanted to say, many months ago Dr Playfair did work on one of my incisors. I am no expert, but from my experience he is a credit to the industry. Thank you.
There’s a lot behind that fake smile of Dr Warren Duff. He chooses to work with children as he doesn’t want to deal with complex issues (lazy, not committed, money hungry/business oriented rather than passionate about his work). Also children are less picky as to what they want and know less what is wrong and right, less likely/more shy to complain as he can manipulate their minds easier. Friendly team and great customer service. We've been coming to the clinic for quite some time now with both of our boys and they do a good job. Our appointments are always timely and I have no issues here. Parking can be a bit tricky out the front but the clinic itself is wheelchair accessible.
