My first appointment was a year ago and went fine. My annual appointment this year...I was called for an appointment and stood up without apology. The next morning they called me for a make-up appointment which was today. After a 45 minute drive a second time, I was unceremoniously informed they no longer accept medicaid patients and if I wanted to keep my appointment, I'd have to pay cash. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKIND, UNDIGNIFIED DONT GO HERE! And YES I have filed a formal complaint with the MI BPL!
