I went to him one time and swore never again. I changed practice. He was very dismissive, came in, saw me for maybe 5 minutes or so. Add his cut my toenails and she did it wrong which has caused problems ever since. She was supposed to be cutting out a an ingrown toenail and cut it at an angle which made it subsequently, grow in again, even deeper. Dr Nick has been great for my Morton’s neuroma.
After waiting an hour, I walked out of there feeling like I had been in a boxing match. I was berated and belittled. PT suggested a heel lift for my functional short leg-OH excuse me, you should say leg length discrepancy. Everything I said was either wrong or shot down. Dr. Nick and his staff made me feel comfortable as I was suffering from foot pains for better part of two years and after a couple of visits and then a surgical procedure I’m able to walk again normally without pain. I did feel it was a little excessive to do x-rays. Every time I came in for an appointment. Yet I understand it was Part of the process. I should’ve went there earlier.
The worst appointment I've ever been to. Dr Giovinco didn't listen to anything I said, examined the wrong part of my foot, shushed me when I tried to speak up, and only glanced at my X-rays from across the room. His nurse and everyone else in the office was amazing and kind. Other experiences I've had with other providers here have been professional, thorough, medically sound, and kind. Dr Giovinco does not deserve to work in this office, or anywhere seeing patients.
