I took the day off work for an appointment and the front desk person Irma who first doesn’t call people in the order that you signed in on at the front desk made me wait after she finished with the 2 other people. She finally called me just to say that I’m rescheduling you because apparently they have me down for a different type of fracture on the knee instead of the arm after waiting for a month to be seen for a fracture and still no cast.
