Mis represented themselves in regards to insurance in network provider. Took over Dr Sibley's practice. I was told they were in the process of getting Dr Acosta in network for my insurance, and if I had not received a call prior to my appointment that day "all was good ". Find out later he wasn't going to be an in network provider and so ended up with a bill!
Today I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Acosta for the first treatment I’ve had in many years. He and his assistant did a phenomenal job keeping me comfortable before, during, and after the extraction of my wisdom tooth. I highly recommend their team at Waxahachie Family Dentistry for any dental care you may need.
