Paid in advance. Surgery canceled twice due to not having proper sedition medication for surgery. Waited an extra four month to have surgery in daily pain and infection getting worse and worse. Finally was able to move surgery to an office that can do contious sedation and manage airways safely.
I am a physician and mention that as likely my expectations are pretty high. That said, my experience with Dr. Politano, his staff, and his office was 5/5. He is very sincere in his caring about patients. His ability to communicate, both what to say and how to say it, is an amazing strength. He is well trained and patients notice that. I had zero post-op complications yet was ready and looking for them with his guidance. I needed NO pain medications after my surgery short of anti-inflammatories.
Excellent care and bedside manner. Highly recommend.
