I was a patient of Dr. Ahmed. He seemed like a very kind dentist and gentle. Well I will make this very quick and I don't know what happened with this practice but things got very messy and unexplainable. First close to 10 people that worked for him either quit or were fired. Not sure.. Then the billing and the work done to me was not properly done. Also not accurately put through my insurance. Wrongly recorded as what teeth services were rendered. Great customer service. This was an emergency and they were able to do x-rays and prescribe medication.
I had such a great experience at this dentist's office! The hygienist was incredibly nice and made me feel so at ease. My cleaning was super thorough, and overall, it was just a really positive visit.
Very kind and skilled staff. Felt very welcome. Clean location. Would reccomend
