Dr Nguyen is very qualified and provided great service. The procedure was quick and painless, and he communicated throughout the procedure. The nurse practitioner is cold and unhelpful, unable to answer questions, and brushes off specific concerns. The office staff does not communicate clearly and failed to provide pre-operative instructions, billing estimates, or updates on procedure delays. All dr.s and staff were very friendly and professional. And Dr. NGUYEN did a great job. My first visit also went great Dr. Denise gave me so much information. I was very happy with both my visits.
My husband , Richard, went with me on my visit. We were both impressed with the care I received. The doctor was friendly knowledgeable. and meticulous in his work. Staff very helpful and efficient. I would definitely see Dr. Nguyen again if need be. Highly pleased! (Frances)
I love Dr. Nguyen! He's very personable. He makes me feel comfortable having a procedure done. He is a wonderful Mohs surgeon. I had a pretty deep one on the side of my nostril. You can't even see it now!
