I had an appointment at 9:15 this morning at approximately 10 o'clock. I went up to the desk and asked what was the delay. They said it would be another hour to an hour and a half would I want to wait they said my eyes need to be dilated for 30 minutes, which means that I would be there for another two hours. This is unbelievable. I've never been treated like this in my whole life.

Dr. Ha is AMAZING! My father-in-law needed eye surgery and I had to accompany him to help him get around and also since he has a tough time hearing help him understand what's being said. Meeting Dr. Nguyen Ha was by far the best experience I have ever had with a Dr!
