I first met Dr. Osondu at the Hospital when I was being treated for cellulitis. My very first impression is that she did not present herself well. She appeared to be rather hasty and disconnected. When she first came in, she looked at something on the wall and asked me "what is going on?" without giving me any eye contact. I told her that I was being referred to her for a cellulitis infection. I am extremely upset by the recent experience with the physician who was supposed to care for my family member. She was callous, rude, and incredibly insensitive. Her remark, "I am doing my best, but I could be at the beach right now, instead I am here," shows a shocking lack of professionalism. When you have a very sick family member and you’re asking concerned questions, a physician should NEVER respond in that manner. I just thought I would pass something on. A few years ago I was battling an extremely resistant form of MERSA. I spent a year going from Doctor to Doctor with no luck - - until I met Dr. Osondu! She new exactly which drug would help and that cured my MERSA. I can't recommend her enough. Not your typical GP, she is a true specialist. Go to her first and If you want a second opinion, I would start with her.
The doctor didn’t help us. She was rude, unprofessional and very snooty. She gave her thoughts and would not listen to our questions.
